Is 305 gram board sturdy enough for hot dishes?

Yes, 305 gram FBB Bristol is a heavy board that can be carried full and hot without bending. The lacquer layer on the outside protects against grease bleed and condensation from within. For dishes with a lot of loose sauce we advise the smaller size, because it leaves less room for sloshing.

Which deli box size should I choose?

The large size of 190 by 125 by 90 mm suits generous portions and bowls that hold a lot. The smaller size of 160 by 130 by 70 mm suits a regular portion and keeps the portion cost lower. Many venues order both and use them for a small and a large menu.
